How do I stop emails every time someone posts?

I keep getting emails every time someone posts on a thread that i have posted on or in a group i am a member of.  i have gone into my settings and don't see how to stop this.  i have gotten 62 emails in less than 30 minutes.  someone please help?!?!?!?

Your community profile settings can sort you out:

When you post in the future make sure the check box to the right for email notifications is not set.

I changed my notifications but I am still getting tons of emails. How long does it take before it stops?

You will need to delete all the posts you are currently subscribed to ...
