Go into your Dashboard Click on the gear and choose seetings. Then Choose View Profile Then you will see a Link tp Upload a picture. Upload it. Once its there, Click on the gear and select Set as profile PIC

Looks like you have two up there already. You need to select which one you want and then click on the gear and set as your Profile Pic
