Subscribed to Premium but features are locked

I started paying monthly for premium in December after my 90 day trial. I am not getting any of the premium features. It tells me to subscribe and when I click to do that it say I already have it.

@Penihana Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned about your subscription. 

 

In this case please confirm that your Fitbit Premium is showing in your phone's store subscriptions. Please confirm you followed this procedure to subscribe: 

 

  1. Tap the Premium tab.
  2. Read the overview, and tap the button to get started.
  3. Choose a 1-year or monthly subscription, and follow the instructions to subscribe.

If you did and your subscription is showing then restore it:  

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     
     > your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap Restore Purchases > OK.

There isn’t any tab that says “restore purchase” after I click my profile
picture. --
