Hoping someone can advise please.

I have had an Inspire 2 for 2 years.

Unfortunately the tracker was broken so I have now purchased another Inspire 2.

Because I had the free trial for 1 year with the old tracker and after the free trial i have been paying £8.99 per month for the Premium package I wanted to know if I will get another 12 months free trial with my new Inspire 2.

Has anyone else been in this situation. Thanks

Hi @LindaLam is good to see you here, and thanks @Odyssey13 for all your help here.

I just realized that you already contact the Support team, but I would like to explain a little bit more how the subscriptions work.

Whenever you buy a new Fitbit device, it includes a free trial of Fitbit Premium for 6 months or 1 year (depending on what device you bought) so even if you have an active subscription, the one that came included with your Fitbit will be there until the current subscription finish. Just remember that you must cancel your Premium subscription in order to be able to activate the trial. About 1-3 days after your canceled subscription expires, you’ll see an offer in the Fitbit app to begin the trial.

It doesn't matter if you already redeem a free trial before, since this is including with the purchase of a new device, so you can redeem as many trials as Fitbit devices you buy.

Hi EstuardoFitbit

Just wanted to let you know that this all worked as you explained.

I cancelled my recurring subscription for premium and 1 day after this expired I was able to claim a further 366 days free trial of premium which was offered with my new Fitbit Inspire.

I am delighted.

Thanks to everyone who gave me advice including Fitbit Support Online.

Great service 😊
