I purchased an inspire 2 Fitbit that came with 12m premium free, the device wasn't accurate when it came to steps and heart rate so I've now sent that back and ordered a charge 4. However, this only has 3m free which is a bit upsetting. Can you honour the 12m free pass? Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks

If your 12 month Premium trial has been activated, it will expire until the year is done, even when a new Fitbit tracker is paired to your account. Learn more about the Premium features you'll get in this article.
