I just purchased a new Charge 5 that came with the six month premium membership. During the activation process it asked me to sign up for a plan to activate the six months free which I did. However, the plan shows that I'm month to month and I'll be charged on October 11th.
How do I get the six month premium free membership to be reflected?

Same issue I got the versa 4 with 6 months free and wants to charge me 7.99 pm as of next month? Trying to find the phone number to talk to someone let me know if you manage to resolve this issue. 🙂
