Hello, I have a problem. I already had a premium trial membership in 2021 and was a premium subscriber until last year. I would like to have the trial version again to possibly take out a subscription again, but I could not activate it and my bank account has now been debited. And I didn't get 6 months, but 1 month for €8.99. I ask for help to be able to activate the trial version. Greetings Annika
