How do I get the free 6 month premium trial. I was charged for premium instead

I signed in for a Premium Fit annual on September 17th 2022. Now I bought a new Versa 3 with free 6 month Premium membership. What do I have to do? Can I prolong my memebership with 6 month, till March 17th 2024? Thanks for your help!

@kelly0174 So what you'll need to do is when your annual Premium subscription runs out in September of this year, you'll want to cancel it before it renews and charges your credit card. Then, once it is canceled, you can go in to the Fitbit app and activate the 6 months of free Premium that you received with your Versa 3. I would set a calendar reminder in your phone to cancel the Premium a few days before it renews in September to be safe.
