1.how do I contact fitbit on email ?
I do not want to call and have no twitter. I tried help.Fitbit.com link that someone posted but it didn’t work at all. Chat message does not work.
2. My issue is I saw online that by activating the 6 month premium subscription for new devices , you also get the 6 month calm subscription. it is said that you will get an email link to access calm. I didn’t receive it. I am aware that there are built in calm content on Fitbit app. But I am referring to a separate log in to calm app.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone works well, too.

Could you please confirm if you bought this Fitbit Sense directly from fitbit.com? As mentioned in my previous post, this is a requirement to be eligible to redeem the Calm subscription.

Thank you for letting me know where you bought this Fitbit device.
As mentioned in my previous post, to be eligible to redeem this offer, you must buy the device through the actual Fitbit Store. The Fitbit Sense is no longer on sale, so even if you purchased this device through an official Fitbit Store in Singapore, your device is not eligible to redeem this offer.
