3 month trial of free premium only lasted one week. Subscribed to trial exactly one week ago today when my charge 4 was first activated. Just disapeared from app while device was on its charger tonight. How do I get the trial subscription back. Thanks.

In order to provide you with the correct troubleshooting please reply to the following questions:
- Is the content on the Discover tab locked?
- When you subscribed did it show a 90-day trial?
- Have you been charged for the subscription?
