I selected a plan to activate my 90 day free trial of premium but was immediately charged for a monthly subscription. I don't want to pay for premium until I'm sure I'll use the features.

Hello, I have the same issue. I’ve never used any free trials, I tried to sign up for the 90 day free trial and was immediately charged. Could you please help me out with this? I’m a student and really can’t afford to pay for something until I’m sure it’s worth my money.

I have the same issue.
I opted for the 90 day free trial and inserted my card details as requested. However, you have taken the monthly charge immediately. I have never had a fitbit before and have never taken out any offers before.
I also can't really see that I'm getting anything from Premium. I can't download any apps because it tells me that I don't have the latest software version. But the options given to me to update aren't on my Versa Lite.
Having seen the number of people this has happened to, this all seems like a bit of a scam if I'm honest. Have trading standards been informed?
I hope this can be sorted out, but if it can't then I certainly wouldn't ever recommend a Fitbit to anyone.

Hi!
I got Fitbit for the first time ever. Never had an account. I clicked on the banner offering 90 day trial in the Fitbit app and got charged a yearly subscription immediately.
Not cool. Pls fix.

I click on the message that came up in the app for a free trial and though I haven't had a free trial or had fit bit premium before and it wants to charge me too though it is offering half price.

Hi Silvia,
I saw the FitBit 90 day free Premium trial while using my FitBit app. I clicked on the link to start the trial and it took me through the Apple store process. However, I had to update my credit card details, and when I continued with the Premium trial, the system seemed to treat it as a direct purchase. Sure enough, my Apple account was immediately debited with the first monthly subscription. How do we resolve this? I would like to do the trial, but don't want to pay until I've seen if it is useful to me. Thanks.
