Just got off of chat. My spouse gifted me a Charge 5 to replace my dying Charge 3 (part of the display was faded on a device that already was awful to read outside). It came with a 6 month subscription which it said you could add to your current one. However, I would have to cancel my subscription through Apple, wait one to three days, and then redo the subscription! No thanks. How about giving someone a discount or something else. I would have gotten the new Charge anyway, but this was a waste of time.
