Am I eligible for the Premium trial, coming back after many years?

Back in the day, Fitbit premium was not so great.  I "think" I was a user, but not sure if I was.  How is Fitbit able to determine if someone was a user PRIOR to signing up for Premium services?  I would hate to be charged during a trial "thinking" I was a new user to the newer services, and getting charged.

I think this is a default setting that should be confirmed PRIOR to a user signing up and prevent poor experiences.

@SunsetRunner A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry.

The new Fitbit Premium service is a different subscription to what it used to be. This service offers the following:

- Guided Programs

- Personalized insights

- Premium Challenge and Adventures

- Fitbit Premium workouts and Fitbit Coach

- Mindfulness

Learn more about it in this article: What should I know about Fitbit Premium? Anyone new to Fitbit Premium can get a 90-day free trial of this paid subscription.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
