So I beleive I have a se versa 2. It said on amazon it came with the 90 day trial of premium, and it has the fitbit pay option on it, which is an se feature or so I've read. But I set it up and did not get the prompt for the 90 day trial.  I even unpaired it and set it up again and still did not get the prompt. How can I escalate this?

Hi @Shanbie, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. I'd like to confirm you that your Versa 2 has an NFC chip to use the Fitbit Pay feature, to learn more about it please check our help article: What should I know about Fitbit Pay?

In regards the 90-day Premium trial, to manage your Premium subscription please follow the next steps:

  1. Log in to your account at coach.fitbit.com.
  2. Click your name at the top of the screen.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Scroll down to Subscriptions and Payments.

If you see an Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store, or Amazon logo, click the logo to go to the subscription area for that account. For more information about managing your subscription, please follow Amazon's instructions.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi thanks for replying. When I follow your instructions, the only things listed under subscriptions and payments is the option for fitbit coach or yoga with NO free trial,  it's just demands payment.

Also, the Fitbit coach/yoga is NOT the 90 day free trial that is mentioned in the details of the amazon listing or other references I've seen about a free 90 day trial with the purchase of this device. I am not interested in fitbit coach. It's just the fitbit premium 90 day trial that gives you more insight into your sleep health, your wellness reports etc that I want.  That is what i was referring to and when I go into my fitbit app and click on Premium, it's only offering a 7 day trial instead of the 90 day trial that should be included with my Versa 2. This seems to be a recurring problem with people not getting the 90 day trial as advertised, as I've read a lot of posts about it.
