After receiving poor service, I decided to cancel my FitBit Premium subscription.
Not shockingly, when I followed the direction to cancel my sub, the subscription didn't appear in my app store. I then recalled that I'd created the account on my laptop. So when I went to the site on my laptop--and confirmed I had a recurring FitBit premium subscription--I tried to opt out. When I found the necessary link to cancel my sub, I got a pop-up saying "An error has occurred" and that I should try again or click a link to get help.
Is anyone else having this problem? Kind of disingenuous not to allow users to cancel their subscriptions.

From a Moderator: "you need to do the following procedure to cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription:
> your profile picture.
Once you're redirected to Google Play please make sure to follow this procedure to cancel the subscription on Google Play.
Keep in mind that Fitbit subscriptions are non-refundable. However you could always contact Google Play, sometimes they provide refunds. "

OK. Again. The app does not appear in my subscriptions list when I do that. It’s not listed there. I said that already. Read the post I wrote.

And I am not looking for a refund. I never said I was. And I don’t use Google. I am looking to end my subscription. Read my post. Actually read it.

Hi @Malazoth that's all I have. You'll need to get with customer support.

Yeah. Tried that. There’s a wait, apparently. How about the site just needs to work the way it should? I think I’ll just call my credit card company and tell them to refuse payment.

This is STILL happening to me. I can dispute with my credit card but what about next year?
I actually have to CANCEL the card!
