Hi, just started premium free trial and trying to use guided programs.  They are on my app home page but when I click says - sorry but your fitbit app not compatible with this program.  please update your app and try again.  However, have most uptodate app and firmware.  Now can't get rid of it form today home page.  Help!

Thanks for letting me know the app version installed on your phone.

 

I would like you to make sure your phone is running Android OS 7+, this will ensure that it runs the new Fitbit app features and fixes. Also, please confirm that your phone is on the compatible list.

hi my phone is samsung j3 2016 running android 5.1.1 and fitbit app 3.4.2
so i guess not compatible.

Mine isn't working either and I just got the versa 3
