Aria 2 won’t connect to Wi-Fi

Hi. I’ve tried at least a dozen times to get my Aria 2 to connect to my Wi-Fi. I’ve reset the scale, the router & the app.  I’ve deleted & reinstalled the app too.  I’ve also tried from both my iPhone & iPad. I’m beyond frustrated.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

Sorry, never mind.  Somehow I was thinking you had said Aria Air but that is not the case.

Aria Air does not connect to wi-fi.  It only connects to phone (which must be nearby) via bluetooth.

This is different from previous Aria models, also quite a bit less costly.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
