When looking at the detail on the Restoration card, the bpm is not showing in front of header. This does not happen on any of the other cards.
Please don't suggest that I restart Fitbit and phone, or uninstall the app and reinstall it, did that, didn't work. I have done all the usual troubleshooting that is usually suggested when problems occur. None of them worked.
This is a premium service and I am on a trial with it right now. If this does not get resolved I am not paying to have a service that is not fully functional. I posted this question on the Versa page and got one reply from a moderator that was not helpful and I have not heard from that Fitbit moderator since and it's been over a week. Very unsatisfied with the help on this issue for a premium service.

@SunsetRunnerI'm sorry this is happening to you. When you tap the image do you get this secondary image

@Colinm39Yes, that is the image of my screen shot. When you tap on that image the BPM pops up showing the BPM and time. You can only see the time.

@SunsetRunner Mine is on Android. On your image there are a few things missing like "Today" as well.
When you turn the phone to Landscape view does that help the image..

@Colinm39"today" is there, it just got cropped out when I cropped the image. I can see the BPM in landscape mood. Thank you for the suggestion. But I should still be able to see it in portrait mode like on the other cards.

@SunsetRunner I agree with you because mine shows the scale in both modes... But being a very retired IT person I feel for the Fitbit engineers with all of the variations they have trying to keep it all under control.
I'm eagerly awaiting the new feature under the Restoration to examine our oxygen levels.. Sadly that has no side numbers with the graph for interpretation.

@Colinm39. Thank you for your help on this issue. I totally understand and sympathize with the Fitbit IT Department.

So even though I can see the BPM only when in landscape mode, I've noticed that when I touch the high points on the graph it won't show me the BPM. It only shows the BPM for 63 or lower.
I have included two screenshots. The one that shows the BPM is not showing the BPM for the high point I selected. The other screenshot shows that the high point is above 69 but how much above 69 I can't tell because it will not show me that.

@SunsetRunner Here is my example and it is very hard to eventually find the right spot. Perseverance works for me on the high spots..

@Colinm39 ..Haha. I have been practicing perseverance for quite some time now on this issue and I can't seem to get it to lock on to the high point that I'm tapping on. Maybe it's one of those little idiosyncrasies for a device that's not on their compatibility list. Although everything else seems to work okay.

@SunsetRunnerMy Sony XA2 isn't on their list either, only the Sony XA which is now 3.5 years old but my XA2 went from a 720 to a 1080 screen resolution and has Android 9.. Probably lucky that the features I use all work including GPS etc.
Even last night with sleep, I woke at 8:23am, bathroom'd, looked after the dog, and went back to bed.
When I synced later in the morning I had picked up another 1hr 14mins sleep.. Others in the posts for sleep are complaining that large awake times affect their result.. My sleep score in the case went from 70 to 75 and had a continuous REM graph.
