I have been signed up to premium for nearly a year. When I try to use premium on my app it asks me to sign up for premium but according to my iPhone subscriptions I’m already signed up. Can anyone help?
thanks

@Keeleya Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
I'd like you to make sure you're logged into the same account where Premium was purchased from. I've noticed that sometimes, users create a similar account and this is where Premium features are lost.
If you're in the correct account, let's try restoring your purchases:
Hope this helps.

@Keeleya Thank you for getting back.
To switch to a different Apple ID account, just sign out then sign in with the correct Apple ID. If you need additional insights on how to do this, it's recommended to get in touch with Apple.
Have a nice day.
