Bought premium but only got half the premium features!

Just bought premium and am getting some premium features like tracking water and barcode scanning. But a lot of things are still locked like sleep heart rate, etc. When I click on them, I get the page asking if I want to get Premium. I’m already paying for Premium. Any help?

Hello @LuileMaire and welcome to the Community.  You wrote that you just bought premium.  Premium members see 'fitbit premium' at the top of their dashboard page, not 'fitbit'.  If you don't see premium, try logging out, then logging back in to your app.  If that doesn't help, please contact Support for more help.  Tracking water and barcode scanning don't require premium.
