I’ve been a premium subscriber for sometime and have recently upgraded and purchased a new Sense Fitbit which came with a 6 months premium offer. Can this be added to my existing premium subscription?

To be able to use your free Premium trial you must cancel your current Premium subscription and enable it when it shows on the app. Check: What should I know about Fitbit Premium?

Andrea, I have an annual subscription with 6 months remaining and I don’t want to lose this or the free 6 months. What do you suggest?

Thanks for getting back to us and for your question @SenseLESS12. Since you still have 6 months left of your annual subscription I'd suggest waiting your current subscription to end. Wait a little before it expires to cancel it and get the free subscription of your Sense after that.
I didn't get the free trial of my Luxe and it still appeared on the app months after getting my tracker. It should show up after canceling your current subscription. Just let me confirm in a couple of hours if you can do this.

I am in a similar situation. I lost my Charge 4 and purchased a charge 5. My premium subscription expires in August. I have a free 6 months with my new purchase. I’m not sure how to handle it with deleting the lost one, adding the new one and still be able to take advantage of the free 6 months

Make sure to cancel your Charge 4 Premium subscription before it expires and wait when the free Charge 5 subscription shows up. Let me check how much time you have to enable this subscription (if it has en expiration date when you already connected your tracker) and I'll get back to you next week.

I investigated and found that Current Fitbit Premium subscribers are eligible for the included Premium membership after they cancel their Premium subscription in their store of purchase (fitbit.com or in their app store) and then start their membership with the purchase of an applicable Fitbit device.

I called and inquired about this earlier today. The connecting piece broke on my Charge4 and I ordered and upgrade with the discount. I have a full year subscription and inquired about the 6 months free version. Eventually I was left with no one on the other end of the call ! 🤔
I am looking for :
1. Retaining my full subscription.
2. Being able to use the 6 month as an add-on or how to activate when at the end of current subscription. Will I have a code that can be used when current one expires ?
I have discovered that the break part of my Charge 4 has been common.
