My premium subscription expires march 2025. I lost my fitbit and purchased a charge 6. How do I get the free 6 month trial? Everything I've read said to cancel my existing subscription, but there is no refund.

I'm happy to hear that you got a new Charge 6 and thanks for sharing these details. Regarding your question, you can either cancel your current subscription and wait until it expires in order to start your trial, or keep your current subscription until it expires on its own in March 2025. Once it expires, you'll see a prompt to start your trial.

Either option should work, but you can always get in touch with our Support team if you encounter difficulties. This will help them to investigate and provide assistance.
