My premium subscription expires march 2025. I lost my fitbit and purchased a charge 6. How do I get the free 6 month trial? Everything I've read said to cancel my existing subscription, but there is no refund.

Regarding your question, you can either cancel your current subscription and wait until it expires in order to start your trial, or keep your current subscription until it expires on its own in March 2025. Once it expires, you'll see a prompt to start your trial.
