My Versa2 finally went blank not registering on premium. My plan expires on 3/25. Can I cancel and get a refund? I'm planning on buying another Fitbit and they usually come with 6 month free. I don't want to lose on that.

Welcome to the forums, @janran5357.
Thanks for sharing these details, and I'm sorry for the experience that you've had with your Versa 2. To work on this together, I went ahead to check your details and I noticed that you already received assistance from our Support team. Because they have access to your information, my best advice is to keep an open communication with them.
In regards to your watch, I'd recommend checking our Help Site where you can find troubleshooting steps that will help you to get it back on track.

If your Versa2 is not functioning and not registering on premium, and your plan expires soon, you should contact Fitbit customer support as soon as possible to inquire about your options for cancellation and a potential refund. Explain your situation and see if they can offer a refund or credit towards a new purchase. Additionally, inquire about any promotions or offers for a free trial or extended subscription that may come with a new Fitbit purchase. This way, you can make an informed decision about whether to cancel and purchase a new Fitbit without losing out on any potential benefits.
