I'm am an actual versa 2 user. Bought an inspire for my 9 years old daughter. It came with 1 year of free premium. But she won't use it... In order to be able to track her info separately, I registered her tracker on an other email.. How can I use the 1 year premium on mine?

Hi @Emma1408 I'm not sure, but my thoughts would be the Inspire came with the Premium and you have set up that device with your daughter's email address, so it might not be possible. A moderator has bee asked to stop by to address this with you, so you get the right information. As for your daughter, in order for her to use the Inspire, you probably had to use a different birthdate, so she could have an adult account. This can create a problem since the algorithms are made based on gender, age, height and weight, so her stats won't be entirely accurate.

@Emma1408 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the detailed information shared.
I'd like to back up what @Odyssey13 said for the tracker that was purchased for your daughter, you may want to take a look at Fitbit Ace trackers and how you can create a family account.
In regards to the Premium subscription, the membership is activated on the account where the tracker is set up to. As soon as it's paired, you should receive the invitation to activate it.
If you haven't signed up for a Premium trial, you could do it from your account as you have the chance to sign up for a 90-day trial that's available to anyone new to Premium.
Hope this helps.

Thank you so much! I thought family account would only work with an ace, not with an inspire? Ill retry!

@Emma1408 Thank you for getting back.
I apologize for the confusion. The family account can be created but the child account will only work if a Fitbit Ace tracker is set up to. Since Fitbit Ace trackers have been designed for children, you may want to take a look at them. There's the Fitbit Ace Special Edition: Minions. 😀
Hope this helps.
