When I login to fitbit on my laptop, go to settings > Premium, I get a 404 error. Please make my Premium information here. Additionally, it would be nice if I could easily track how much I paid for my subscription - I was hoping to find this online under my account, but I don't see it.

I appreciate that you mentioned the error message you're getting. Currently, Fitbit Premium is only available through your Fitbit app, learn more about it by checking this article: What should I know about Fitbit Premium?
If you bought your Fitbit Premium subscription from the Fitbit Store, you should have received a email with instructions on how to manage it. Please check your spam and junk folder. If you bought it from Google Play Store or Apple, check this article.
