i signed up to premium on my mobile app - 90 day trial.
logged on using my laptop so i had a bigger screen to follow the workouts but my account is only showing as a basic account on laptop and asks me to subscribe to premium ?????

The Fitbit Premium is an in-app feature. At the moment, you're unable to watch Premium workouts on your laptop. However, you may want to vote for this idea Casting Premium workout on TV screen these are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.
If you're working out with Fitbit Coach, you could visit the website or stream workouts. Learn more about it in this article.
