Hi All,
Apologies if I'm missing something obvious here. Im considering signing up for Premium to access some of the extra content, but mostly intrigued by the video workouts available. I can see these through the app on my phone but how do I access these through the website so that I can watch them through my laptop - cant seem to find them on the site and obviously cant really do the workout just watching from my phone screen.

I just got myself a Charge 4 (upgraded from a Charge 2 because of battery life issues) and I signed up to a trial of Fitbit Premium.
I can't seem to access the Fitbit Premium workout videos on the Fitbit website.
It's obviously less than ideal to try and watch and follow a workout video on my phone. Having it on my computer monitor would have been easier for me to follow.
Am I missing something on the website or does this not exist?

The Fitbit Premium is an in-app service, at the moment the workouts can't be seen on the laptop. However, we're always striving to improve our services offered, this is why we have our Feature Suggestion board, where you can post and vote for ideas, these are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans.
I noticed this is already posted in the board Casting Premium workout on TV screen vote and comment to show your support.
Also if you're new to the service, you can sign up for the free Premium trial, learn more about it in this article.

This is a generic response that keeps being posted by FitBit. This issue has never been resolved and users all over the community are trying to view premium content on anything other than their phones. Crazy that you want to charge premium prices for a non premium product. If I had known how bad premium is I would not have purchased a Sense.
I have seen the same question asked many times and answered with the same generic response. FitBit are not attempting to offer any other solution or even response with sincerity.

I see where your disappointment is coming from. At the moment, the Fitbit Premium is an in-app service, it's recommended to vote for this idea, because they are reviewed by our team and based in your feedback, new features are implemented into the Fitbit world.
