Can’t Switch to Kids View Since Premium

I can’t switch to Kids View since getting Premium on the Fitbit App. Have already tried uninstalling, restarting phone, and reinstalling multiple times.

Hi @MommaSynu   it's not premium - it's a known problem with the kid's view.

this is from a FItbit Moderator:
