Hello,
I've had my inspire for almost a week now. After reading on the forum, the start 1 year trial is supposed to appear after 3 days in the app. But I only get the 3 month trial button. How do I fix this?

I moved your post to this board, in an effort to keep the forums organized. Your Premium subscription should pop up right after your Inspire 2 is set up to your account. Let's try the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Clear the app cache
- Restart your phone
- Log back in and try to activate the trial
