I want to cancel the Fitbit Premium Trial made on the Fitbit.com (NOT the app) before I get charged and I can't find the area to do this in on my profile. I have made numerous attempts to Fitbit and they keep directing me to the general answer.
I have confirmed the email address linked to it and contacted google play store but they said the subscription was made on Fitbit website and needs to be done through Fitbit. It has nothing to do with Google Play store.
Please help....
