Can't find my Fitbit Premium subscription

Hi, I've had fitbit for a while now. My older one failed on March so I got a new Versa 4 - with it came the free 'premium' subscription. A month later, I updated the app and it automatically moved me to the new google version. 

My issue now: I do NOT want to auto-renew the premium subscription but I can't find the subscription on Google Play or Fitbit (I can't find the option for "Scroll down and tap Account Settings  Manage Subscriptions. Your active subscriptions open in your phone’s app store." )- it just leads me back to Google Play which doesn't show the Premium Subscription. 

I don't want to pay for Premium, help?

I understand your point about cancelling your subscription and just to confirm, do you recall if it was purchased through PayPal? I'm asking this as when using this option, you will need to cancel your subscription from your PayPal account directly with these steps.
