Hi there.
Loyal fitbit user. Can't get the subscription included with my Charge 5 because I've had Premium before... (long time ago).
If I create a new fitbit account I do get offered the 6 months premium membership.
Kinda sucks, cos then I'd lose my extensive fitbit history.
Is that the only way to enable the 6 month membership to premium if I'm not a 'new user'?

I figured it out. You have to choose the kind of payment you'd like (monthly / yearly) as if it there was no free trial, then you can see you get your 6 months free, on the confirmation page. Hope this helps someone. Fitbit didn't do themselves any favours by not wording this appropriately. 🙃
