I am a premium member, but suddenly Fitstar Yoga doesn't want to register it on the program. I still have access to all the Freestyle, and there is always an error when I attempt to restore purchase.
Would really like this fixed, as it is my favorite program to use.
Using on an ipad Air, latest OS.

It's pretty weird that you're unable to restore purchase for FitStar Yoga. In this case, I would like you to provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing. Could you confirm that you're restoring purchase on the App Store?

Here are the screenshots. First one shows my main screen, the second shows that I am a premium member, the third is the error message, and the fourth is the support page it directs me too. My plan is on auto renewal directly through the site, and I’m about a week in for the new month. Not sure why it says only 1 day.

Apple told me it was a developer problem.
I'm paying for nothing, some actual help would be appreciated.

I have found that changing the password helps with logging in to Premium... I have had to do that several times...

I sometimes find this when I start the Yogo app before the iPad has connected to wifi. When it happens, I force close the app and restart it. It then shows my progress on fitstar yoga as normal.
However new problem, for the past few months my fitbit has stopped recording my yoga sessions. Someone developer somewhere has updated something and I'm still trying to find the answer to this!

Exact same thing happened to me. Worked fine a couple weeks ago. I am a Fitbit Premium subscriber and had been using FitStar Yoga Premium through that membership. Can't do anything in FitStar Yoga except FreeStyle now. I'm working with support via e-mail but it's not off to a great start.
Wonder if this has anything to do with changes google is making now that they own fitbit?

i had the fit bit app on my phone but the yoga app on my iPad. I left the yoga app logged in all the time. The advice I received from the helpline was to log out of the yoga app and log back in again. Amazingly it worked! My yoga sessions are now showing up in the phone app.

Just a follow up, my issue was that FitStar Yoga premium is not included in FitBit Premium. However they were able to reset something on the backend of FitStar Yoga that at least gave me my personalized sessions back instead of just access to the freestyle.
