Can’t see detailed sleep stages past 29 Dec2024

Hi. I can see detailed sleep stages graph on all night before 30th Dec 2023. Then from night of 30 Dec all into 2024 I can only see a high level summary of my sleep. I have a premium account. I’ve tried logging in and out, shutting down the app. Super frustrating.

I am having the same problem.  Also health metrics aren't working. No heart rate, no oxygen saturation,  no sleep stages. No daily readiness scores, or sleep scores.  It was perfect for over 2 weeks in a row then bam! Nothing seems to work now except basic sleep and step count. Anyone out there able to help us here? Customer service has not been very helpful so far. TIA

I have been having the same issues with no sleep scores for over 2 months after having NO problems for over a year. I am on my 4th "refurbished" Versa 4 and still it only worked the first night. Last night it was back to nothing. PLEASE someone help with this. I call nearly every day.
