I can see guided workouts for indoor cycles are there ones for treadmills and rowing machines?

@katrina-fb yes, there are guided workouts for both treadmill and rowing. There's not a tab for them, like there is for Indoor Cycling. If you select the Cardio tab, you can scroll through that list and find the treadmill and rowing workouts and add them to your Favorites. That will make it easier to find them in the future.
