I've been a premium subscriber on IOS and recently found out I have a discount through my health insurance. I let my subscription lapse and then tried to sign up through my health provider's fitbit site. I was logged in and everything looked great until I got to the payment screen. I received the following error. Didn't matter what card I used or what I did. I of course contact CS and they advised me to use a new browser and clear my cache. This is clearly not a caching issue, but whatever.
Anyhoo... I ended up just paying full price because I wanted premium back but for next year if I try this again, I'd like to know what I did wrong. Is it because of going through IOS previously? What is this error code? Is it the actual discount code from the insurance company that has exceeded limits.
