Have attempted several times to sign up to the free Fitbit Premium.
Says Error - Purchased Failed. Payments profile is suspended !
Followed instructions to verify account, sent picture ID (driving license)
Have heard nothing back, this was one week ago !
Have followed community chat instructions on force quitting app, deleting app, signing back in…nothing.
Even registered a new card payment details, nothing.
Logged in to the Fitbit website and tried Live Chat only to encounter more error messages ! No UK based telephone number to speak with a person.
Never had these problems with Apple, thinking of just returning this crap, even bought the air scales. What a con !11
