Anyone had any luck getting access to their fitbit premium on their windows 10 laptop? I have had conflicting information from customer support and yet still not able to access it.

I just tried on my laptop and basically the answer was no, Fitbit Premium is not currently available on a laptop. I asked why they were selling it off of the laptop screen if it isn't available on a laptop. He didn't know. Even though I have premium, and I'm logged into my account on my laptop, I still get the premium sales pitch. Very misleading.

@Michele2020 Nice to see you on the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
@TracyT Thanks for your input.
Fitbit Premium is only available on the Fitbit app. However, you're able to access Coach workouts through your browser, visit this page: Fitbit Coach
Learn more about it by checking this article.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

I want to do some of the workout videos that are available on the DIscover tab in the app - but watch them ON MY LAPTOP. My tablet is too small to see and the phone is right out. How do I access the workouts via my laptop?
Not sure if this is a guided program or fitbit premium question.\

@LionLady It's nice to see you on the Community. I've merged your post to this thread because it's more related to the topic.
This is most a premium question. Currently, Premium workouts aren't available through the laptop. It's only available in the Fitbit app. However, if you're doing Coach workouts, you could check them out from your laptop.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

I was wondering the same thing. I'm hoping I can cast the workout to my tv from my phone using my Chromecast. Will try in the morning.

Well, it seems that my answer is "not possible," unless I pay for an additional subscription. Not happening. Oh, well.
It is possible (in theory, according to both Samsung and HP) to link what I see on my tablet or phone screen to my laptop. I will have another go at that.

Premium is a different subscription than coach and neither of them are

money. Who wants to workout on a 5" x 3" screen. Not me.

Actually Fitbit Coach works on any browser at this address
In addition you can cast to your TV from your phone via chromecast for example.

@Giampi71 The thing is, I'm just not going to pay for yet another subscription (Fitbit Coach). I can find something on YouTube for free that I can watch on my Roku/TV.
