So since I sent my ionic in for the recall I’m just curious if I need to purchase a new tracker or if we have another tracker on the account claim the premium? I received a Charge 5 for my birthday so I wasn’t planning on buying a new Fitbit with the special discount for ionic users but I also can’t use the 6 months of premium free from the purchase since I used the pandemic premium offer. Any help?

You can use the discount for just the premium as long as you are using the same account that was from the Ionic and the discount code you got when registering the recalled device. You must make sure you are in the discount store and only add the free fitbit premium to the cart. Once you checkout, you cannot go back a second time.
