I’ve been a loyal Fitbit user/follower since many many years ago when Surge took my breath away. And I’ve been on premium for a while. When renewing my subscription last year, was notified that Fitbit will not be supporting certain countries (which included Malaysia). I’m devastated. My Premium subscription will end in August 2024 and although extended for one additional month, am hoping for Fitbit/Google to continue extending your subscription services to us too. I am in love with Sense and contemplating to upgrade to Sense 2. Hope to have Fitbit change your mind :(((
