Can you help me understand what features are actually hidden behind Fitbit premium?

I'm looking for a tracker that has 24/7 heart rate tracking, blood oxygen reading feature, and ECG feature. If I buy a Charge 5, will I lose access to any of these features when the free Premium trial runs out? I've read various reviews and testimonials but can't make sense of what exactly you miss out on without Premium. I'd really appreciate some clarity before I make a purchase.

For more context, I've been experiencing odd palpitaomegle tions and changes in heart rate for a while. Doctor said I could have PoTS when we last spoke about it, but I haven't had a professional ECG/EKG done in over a decade. I'm in my early 30s. I recently got COVID, so I want to take better care of myself and keep a closer eye on my heart health moving forward.

Hello @feniss and welcome to the Community.  The Charge 5, like all currently available Fitbits, does 24/7 heart rate tracking.  It has the SpO2 sensor, but you need to know that Fitbits measure SpO2 when you are sleeping and no Fitbit will give you a spot SpO2 reading.  The ECG is a medically regulated feature and isn't available in every country (list of countries on this page).  These are all basic features and none of them require Premium.  Premium has other features that you might like.  These include the the Daily Readiness Score, Stress Management Score, and advanced sleep analytics that you will lose at the end of your trial.
