Can you see Sp02 Percentage Data with Premium?

I was considering a trial of Fitbit Premium. But not really sure I want it. The only way I'd consider it is if it showed your Spo2 readings overnight.  I get high variations as much as 2x a week.  When seeing those spikes it would be helpful to know what readings were at that time.  Because fitbit didn't give that information, I bought a Garmin for sleep tracking at night, and they give you Spo2 readings though out the night with actual readings of percentages. So I was wondering if maybe the Fitbit Premium would include that information? I did look at links for more information about Fitbit Premium but it was very vague on what specific information it covered. If it doesn't then there is really no reason to sign up for a trial.

Thanks!

@Mizmelzy It's nice to see you in the Fitbit Community! I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry.

I appreciate the research done prior to posting. Fitbit Premium has now a health metrics in the Fitbit app, this tile includes breathing rate, heart-rate variability, skin temperature, oxygen saturation (SpO2) and resting heart rate.

The SpO2 metric estimates the amount of oxygen in your blood. Nighttime SpO2 is usually lower than daytime SpO2 due to the fact that your breathing rate is usually slower during sleep. In general, SpO2 values during sleep are typically above 90%.

Tracking SpO2 can help you be more aware of your oxygen saturation trends during sleep. The oxygen levels in your blood tend to remain relatively constant, even during exercise and sleep. On the tile you'll get a percentage, check a screenshot in this article

Also keep in mind that the free trial is for anyone new to Fitbit Premium.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions!

@Mizmelzy  It's just come through for me in Australia.. It's slightly staggered with the data because you need at least 3 nights to built up the profile for the Health Metrics.

You will also get your Wellness Report wuth Premium which helps when I go to my doctor.
