I would like to confirm that I cancelled the Fitbit premium free trial. Can someone confirm for me or do I get an email confirming my request? 
please help, I don’t need the upgrade.

Hi @Dawn5 check this post on how to confirm that you have been cancelled. 

Basically it says that if your cancel button has disappeared then the unsubscribe was successful.

I've also moved your post to the coach support.
