Cancel Premium is not able to do, if you have different mail in Play store than your Fitbit. They charge monthly fee to you without issue, but no one can cancel it...! Fitbit support sent me to Google, Google can not do it as I use @Hotmail to my Fitbit which is not linked to Play store. I can not see or manage my subsription, but the charge me, and I can not stop it - do you thik this is leagal? What should I do now before I leave Fitbit company secondly in 10 years...? Google last time sent me a link to step in with my hotmail address to solve the issue, but google sites do not allow to step in with hotmail... After that the support guy on Google side told if I do not step in to google account with my hotmail (muhhahaha), he has to go for other account who wait for support and just simply finished the chat conversation (step out).
Dear Fitbit, Dear Google, here we are talking about money, don't mess with us, please!!
Do any fool there who had/has the same issue? Did you have any solution for that...?
