Hello! I realize I am replying to an older topic, but I'm hoping someone from support will still read this.
I have exactly the same problem as written here and I've followed every suggested troubleshoot step but nothing seems to work. My free premium trial ended August 13 (cancelled it long before the end of the trial and received e-mail confirmation from Google Play). But today (Aug. 16) my app still says I have premium and that's not right. What can I do to fix this?

@JM80 Hi there. Thanks for the detailed information shared.
I moved your post to the main board, in an effort to keep the forums organized. Thank you for letting me know that Premium was removed from your app, I've noticed it has happened to some others even when the subscription has been cancelled.
