Cancelled subscription but was charged

Same here. Cancelled trial whilst it was active and have been charged at the end of the trial period.

 

When going to Google subscriptions, nothing is there. 

 

Will I be charged next month? How do we cancel?!

@Moorst Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

I've moved your post to the main board. In this case, if the subscription isn't showing under Google subscriptions which is your phone default store, it means that Fitbit Premium was purchased through Fitbit.com, in this case it's recommended to contact our Support team, they'll be happy to help  you with the cancellation.
