I just want to go on record somewhere FitBit might see it. I’ve cancelled my subscription due specifically to the update. The sleep cycle update is so bad, it’s useless to me now. The data has always had the opportunity to be incorrect if you’ve been overly still for a period of time, but that was always fixable because incorrect sleep could be deleted. I DID NOT get an hour of deep sleep while my pet was on my lap and I was barely moving, for example, but now that data is skewing my metrics, making the whole set of data trending less accurate. Also the visuals are so bad! I mean REALLY bad! I hope this comment finds you, FitBit product team!

I agree 100%. This last update made the sleep info useless. They've lost both my husband and I as customers due to it, and instead of buying them for family members like we were going to, we're looking for a different brand to support.

I literally only have premium for Sleep data and this update has made the UI horrendous. It's so hard to quickly read the sleep charts. Also I can't trim the data anymore?? I read while laying in bed before actually going to sleep and that often gets lumped into my sleep profile. I used to be able to go in and edit the sleep time to account for my reading. So now I have 1-2 hours of "awake" time on the outside of my actual sleep phase.
This needs to be fixed or I won't renew the subscription.
