Hi,
2 weeks ago I paid for Premium Coach Fitbit. 48hrs later I emailed Fitbit to ask them to unlock the premium programs but still no response.
How do I get these unlocked? Or my money refunded? It seems impossible to get a response with Fitbit Coach.
Look forward to a response... or advice from anyone on the community!
