Cannot cancel my subscription after receiving a renewal notification

Am trying to confirm that I am not going to have my subscription renew.  When I go to see the subscriptions, it is highlighted in pink, has no payment information, etc.  Can' t determine why I have the notification if I've already cancelled.  Can't determine how to cancel if I haven't already.  Need some help.
