Cant access premium features

I signed up for the premium free trial, but all premium features are still locked. When I try to access them, I'm prompted to sign up for premium but then get an error message because I'm already signed up! How do I get out of this loop?

Let me help you with your premium membership not working on your Fitbit app and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
